Gender & Diversity

The CRC 1116 is committed to equal opportunities, optimizing the compatibility of research and family life and acknowledging, promoting and leveraging diversity. The CRC 1116 offers a range of lectures, workshops and coaching to support the career development of female researchers and raise awareness of gender and diversity issues. For our CRC 1116 members with young families we are able to offer childcare for CRC 1116 events, support through the employment of student research assistants and provision of home-office equipment. A parent-child office is available at the Institute of Pharmacology (Building 22.21.01, Room 72).
